1.5 How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising in exchange for monetary consideration. We disclose information only to service providers that perform services on our behalf and that are contractually restricted from using the information for their own purposes. Those providers include:

  • E-commerce platform: WooCommerce and related hosting infrastructure.
  • Payment processors: Stripe and PayPal (or successor processors displayed at checkout).
  • Carriers and fulfillment partners: UPS, FedEx, USPS, and third-party warehouses that pick, pack, and ship orders.
  • Email platforms: Klaviyo and/or Mailchimp for transactional and, where permitted, promotional messages.
  • Analytics and advertising platforms: Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta.
  • Professional advisers and authorities: accountants, insurers, or public agencies when required by law or to protect our legal rights.

A service provider may receive only the data required to perform its function (for example, a carrier receives the ship-to name, address, and telephone number).

1.6 Children

The Website is directed to adults in the United States. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under thirteen (13) years of age. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it. Persons under eighteen (18) years of age may not place orders.

1.7 Retention

Order, payment, and tax records are retained for seven (7) years or as required by applicable tax and commercial law. Marketing lists are retained until you unsubscribe. Server logs are typically retained for thirteen (13) months. When information is no longer required, we delete or de-identify it.

1.8 Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data, including encrypted checkout pages and restricted staff access. No method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure. You transmit information at your own risk.

1.9 Your Choices and Rights

You may unsubscribe from marketing email by using the link in each message. Transactional messages about orders cannot be disabled while an order is open. Subject to applicable law, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended (“CCPA”), you may request to know, access, correct, or delete personal information, or to appeal a denial of such a request. Residents of California may designate an authorized agent to submit a request. We do not offer a financial incentive program in exchange for personal information.

1.10 International Visitors

We sell and ship only within the United States. If you access the Website from outside the United States, you understand that information will be processed in the United States, where data-protection rules may differ from those in your country.
