SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Glow Innovate Inc. ships only within the United States, including the contiguous 48 states, Alaska, Hawaii, and carrier-accepted APO/FPO addresses. We do not offer international checkout. Oversized rugs and extra-wide drapery are not sent to P.O. boxes when a signature or freight carton is required. Processing generally takes one to three (1–3) business days after the order is placed before 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Transit after pickup is typically three to seven (3–7) business days for standard ground, two to three (2–3) business days for expedited service where offered, and five to ten (5–10) business days for oversized or freight items.

RATES, SPLIT SHIPMENTS & RISK

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout by destination ZIP code. Orders of $99.00 or more before tax to the contiguous United States ship free via standard ground, excluding freight-only items. Alaska, Hawaii, and freight are quoted separately.
  • Multi-item orders may leave from more than one U.S. warehouse and arrive on different days. Each carton receives its own tracking when the carrier assigns it.
  • Title and risk of loss pass when the carrier accepts the parcel. Report damage with photographs of the carton and goods to sales@glowinnovate.com within seven (7) calendar days of delivery.

You are responsible for a complete deliverable address and a reachable telephone number for freight appointments.
